You are warmly invited to join us for our Annual Dinner Tour. Pastor Uk Van Bawi will be our keynote speaker, the Lord willing.
Pastor Uk Van Bawi is the Chairman of BKO, the local leadership of Reformed churches. Children’s homes are prevalent in Myanmar and were initially supported by Word & Deed, but together with BKO, schools have now been started in remote villages so that children can stay home and be nurtured by their parents instead of having to go to the big cities for schooling. Support continues for post-secondary students who have a desire to obtain an academic degree and are willing to return to their village, when their studies are complete, to assist in the local schools and economic development of their village.
Come to enjoy some refreshments and to hear how the Lord is working in Myanmar and around the world. Doors will open at 5:30 and dinner will be served at 6:00.
