The SPM collaborates with existing institutions in the communities Conviventia serves to equip staff, students, parents, and local pastors to become effective spiritual leaders. Staff members receive training in a Christian worldview tailored to their level of understanding and experience in the school. In addition to daily devotions and monthly chapels, student leaders are mentored by chaplains. A volunteer parent network encourages other parents to raise their children in the fear of the Lord. Local church leaders lead chapel services and are trained by the school on various topics related to Christian living and biblical understanding. The program also hosts an annual conference for pastors in three hard-to-reach areas, aiming to strengthen their teaching and worldview to better serve their congregations.
